TERMS OF SALE

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms govern purchases from W Yachts Boutique and are supplemented by the Returns, Shipping, Privacy and Terms of Service policies.

1. Seller

Tomasz Wrzesiński — Entrepreneur Individuel, trading as W Yachts Boutique, 4 Rue Gioffredo, 06000 Nice, France. SIREN / RCS Nice: 990 299 489. SIRET: 990 299 489 00015. EU VAT: FR36 990 299 489. Email: tomek@wyachts.com. Phone: +33 6 43 91 14 22.

2. Products and limited drops

The store sells physical W Yachts products, including limited clothing, accessories and collectibles. Product pages state the design, single available colour, sizes, materials, price and essential characteristics. Products may be made to order by Printful. Where an edition quantity is stated, it applies across all sizes and W Yachts sales channels. Orders exceeding the remaining edition quantity or a disclosed per-order limit may be cancelled and fully refunded.

3. Prices, taxes and delivery

The total payable price, applicable taxes collected by the store and delivery charges are shown before payment. Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may remain payable by the recipient.

4. Order and contract

A contract is formed when the seller accepts the order and sends confirmation. The seller may reject or cancel an order because of genuine unavailability, an obvious error, suspected fraud, breach of a disclosed purchase limit or inability to deliver. Any collected amount is refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through the methods displayed in Shopify checkout and may require additional authentication. The seller does not receive the complete payment-card number.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery are described in the Shipping Policy. For consumer sales, risk transfers when the consumer or their designated third party physically receives the product.

7. Withdrawal and guarantees

The 14-day withdrawal right, model form, legal conformity guarantee, hidden-defect guarantee, remedies and return procedure are stated in the Returns, Withdrawal and Claims Policy. A standard made-to-order W Yachts product is not automatically excluded merely because it is produced after purchase.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to tomek@wyachts.com with the order number and relevant evidence. Statutory rights are not conditional on photographs where this is impossible.

9. Consumer mediation

After first submitting a written complaint to the seller, a consumer may, if the dispute has not been resolved, use the consumer mediation service free of charge:

Société de la Médiation Professionnelle – Médiateurs Associés
Correspondence address: Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France
Website: www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr
Online referral: Submit a mediation request

The request must comply with the mediator’s admissibility rules. Mediation does not restrict the consumer’s right to bring the matter before a competent court.

10. Law

French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual residence.
