2. Store purpose

W Yachts Boutique is the official W Yachts online store for limited Private Drop merchandise. Products may be produced and fulfilled by Printful, but W Yachts Boutique remains the seller responsible to the customer.

3. Permitted use

Customers must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. Fraud, interference with security, automated purchasing intended to bypass limits, unauthorized copying and circumvention of purchase restrictions are prohibited.

4. Product information

We aim to display accurate descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and availability. Screen settings and normal on-demand production tolerances may cause minor visual differences. Material characteristics and the available single colour are stated on each product page.

5. Orders, payment and delivery

Orders, payment, delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, returns and guarantees are governed by the Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Store content and W Yachts branding belong to the seller or its licensors. Purchasing does not transfer copyright or commercial exploitation rights.

7. Third-party services

The store uses Shopify, payment providers, carriers and Printful. Their services do not reduce the seller’s obligations under mandatory consumer law.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning non-conforming or unsafe products, personal injury, fraud or intentional misconduct.

9. Privacy

Personal data are processed under the Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed through the store’s privacy controls.

10. Law and contact
